The Top 5 Reasons for Taking Back to Basics Yoga

It is wonderful to have so many great classes and teachers to choose from at Carrboro Yoga Company.  At the same time, it might be difficult to pick just the right class for you. On Saturday afternoons at 4:30, I offer Back to Basics Yoga, which is a nice blend of detailed and enabling alignment instruction and a practical exploration of the philosophy of Yoga.

If you are a student of Yoga and any of the following apply, Back to Basics Yoga may be just the right class for you:

5.  You want to develop your skills in the most commonly practiced postures;
4.  You feel that most of your classmates are more advanced than you;
3.  You would enjoy a smaller class with more personal attention from the teacher;
