Yoga is a great activity to do with your visiting family and friends—or without them! See below for our holiday specials. The following classes are canceled for Thanksgiving, while all other classes before and after Thanksgiving will go as scheduled.

- Mindful Yoga, Friday, 11/25, 10:30 a.m.
- Yoga, Friday, 11/25, noon (please join us for Power Flow Yoga at noon that day!)
FREE THANKSGIVING DAY YOGA
Michelle Johnson leads this class with a focus on cultivating gratitude Thursday, November 24, 10:00–11:30 a.m. Bring your family members and join in our communal appreciation of abundance. Sign up online or at the desk to reserve your spaces!
POST-THANKSGIVING PURIFICATION
Then, after the feast, join special guest teacher Gina Caputo for a Post-Thanksgiving detox practice called Chalana Sadhana. Saturday, November 26, 2:00–4:00 p.m., $30, $25 if paid by November 19.
SUNDAY EVENING MINDFULNESS
Lisa Lashuk guides Momentous Meditations Sundays, 7:00–8:15 p.m., through the end of November. Proceeds go to Safe Passage NC. Drop in for $15.
SPECIALS FOR MEN AND UNIFORMED WORKERS
Every Tuesday is Men’s Night. Our evening classes are only $6 for the guys! And remember: rescue workers and military always pay only $10 per class.
