Beth Hayden and Michelle Johnson are offering a four part workshop series focused on Yoga to Manage Your Mood. Through asana, mantra, chanting, visualization, chakra clearing, and meditation we will quiet monkey mind for anxiety and activate your prana for depression. Yoga is powerfully healing and the combination of these tools will definitely change your life and mood. This workshop is all levels and you can come to one class or sign up for all four.
Sunday evenings starting October 23rd from 6:00pm-7:30pm. Learn techniques to alleviate the symptoms of depression and anxiety in a warm, supportive environment. Sign up for all four weeks for $80, or drop in for $25 a session.
