FREE YOGA FOR BALANCE
Sage Rountree leads our monthly community class as an investigation into balance. Saturday, November 5, 2:00–3:30 p.m. Sign up online or at the desk to reserve your spot.

TEACHING YOGA TO ATHLETES
Sage Rountree also teaches an intensive on working with athletes. Appropriate for yoga teachers, personal trainers, PE teachers, and coaches, this weekend workshop investigates the athlete’s needs in yoga class. November 5–6, noon–6 p.m., $250.

YOGA 101
The next session of Yoga 101 with Cheryl Diegel begins November 2 and runs seven weeks. Perfect for your friends who are interested in yoga but don’t know where to start—or for yourself, as a refresher course. Wednesday evenings, 7:15–8:30 p.m., $84.


KIDS’ YOGA
Our monthly class is perfect for ages 3 to 8. Michele Nettesheim leads, Sunday, November 6, 9:30–10:15 a.m., $10.

PREPARED CHILDBIRTH
Paula Huffman, RN, teaches this class to prepare expectant couples for labor and delivery. Sundays, 1:30–4:00 p.m., November 6–December 18 (no class Thanksgiving weekend). $135.


YOGA TO MANAGE YOUR MOOD
Licensed Clinical Social Workers Beth Hayden and Michelle Johnson lead Yoga to Manage Your Mood, a four-week open series focusing on techniques to alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety. The class meets Sundays, 6:00–7:30 p.m., $25.

MOMENTOUS MEDITATIONS
Lisa Lashuk teaches this open series featuring gentle yoga and guided meditations docused on creating a momentous life. Sunday evenings, 7:00–8:15 p.m., $15. A large portion of the proceeds go to Safe Passage NC.

YAMUNA BODY ROLLING
Body worker Owen Dodge returns November 12, 2:00–4:00 p.m., with his Yamuna Body Rolling balls for a self-massage workshop that will leave you both relaxed and energized. $30, $25 early bird before November 5.
