POWER FLOW YOGA BY DONATION
Friday, October 21, Teresa Perez’s noon Power Flow Yoga class will be by donation to Safe Passage NC. Bring what you can for our quarterly karma connection partner, and you’ll be helping the women and children of the Guatemala City slums.

HEAL YOUR BACK WITH YOGA
Join Sara Hauber for Heal Your Back with Yoga, October 22, 2:00–4:00 p.m. Sara’s personal and professional experience with back problems will help you learn ways to safely approach yoga to relieve even chronic back pain. $30.

YOGA TO MANAGE YOUR MOOD
Licensed Clinical Social Workers Beth Hayden and Michelle Johnson lead Yoga to Manage Your Mood, a four-week open series focusing on techniques to alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety. The class meets Sundays, 6:00–7:30 p.m., starting October 23. $80 for four classes or $25 each.

MOMENTOUS MEDITATIONS
Lisa Lashuk teaches this open series featuring gentle yoga and guided meditations docused on creating a momentous life. Sunday evenings, 7:00–8:15 p.m., $75 for the six-week session or $15 per class. A large portion of the proceeds go to Safe Passage NC.

YOGA 101
The next session of Yoga 101 with Cheryl Diegel begins November 2 and runs seven weeks. Perfect for your friends who are interested in yoga but don’t know where to start—or for yourself, as a refresher course. Wednesday evenings, 7:15–8:30 p.m., $84.

FREE YOGA FOR BALANCE
Sage Rountree leads our monthly community class as an investigation into balance. Saturday, November 5, 2:00–3:30 p.m. Sign up online or at the desk to reserve your spot.
